the location of the hotel is spot on. few minutes walk to mirai tower and oasis21. the room is neat with a spacious bed. room orientation is also a factor. big thanks to Barry for helping me with my last kinute problem with the bus transfer. appreciate you going out of your way to assist me get through the night.

I had the most pleasant 5 days/4 night stay. With only a few steps crossing the bus terminal, there is direct access to the airport limousine bus. There is NHK building across the hotel where you have underground access to Oasis 21 complex and the subway. Barry, at the front desk upon my check-in was very nice and helpful, not to mention how her all-out smile greet all guests. The room was perfect for a solo traveller. Very modern, clean and well-kept.
