This place was perfect for a first timer in Japan/Kyoto. Nice and central and a walk away from major train lines. Friendly staff and nice and clean.

great hotel especially for a family of four (with kids) who prefer to stay in the one room together. other hotels will ask you to book two separate rooms. staff was also friendly. hotel was also close to akihabra station, family mart and many other amenities. laundry in the room was very handy.
