The hotel was extremely clean and well organized. The facilities were complete and very convenient, including a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom and toilet were especially comfortable — everything felt modern, spotless, and very relaxing. The staff were also very warm and helpful, with a great attitude and excellent service throughout our stay. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again next time.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to two train stations. It’s a little bit of a walk if you’re traveling with a baby, but still very doable. Overall, great value and would definitely stay again!

About 8 mins walk from Ueno station. Room is neat and clean. Staffs are polite. There is washing machine available and free laundry washing solutions. My children love the bathtub. A few minutes walk to ueno zoological Gardens, Saniro Garden cafe and Tokyo National Museum. Many foods around the area. Overall is a good experience in staying this cozy room.

Stayed with family of 4. We all love it, especially with washing machine inside the bathroom, great for long stay. We love the kitchen also, can make our wagyu beef dinner every night.
