There's no bidet but not a big deal. The sockets/plug for charging do not need travel adapter/charger. Only type C and IOS type of charger only plus for the laptop. One thing I like is they replenish water bottles everyday. cleanliness: 100% neat and clean with fresh towels hotel location: No nearby convenience store. Walking distance to Ximen or to other side of the road. Hotel are both nearby train stations service: some staffs are helpful

The view from the hotel and the park outside were all worth it. To add to it, the creative theme of the entire place will also keep you engaged during your whole stay. Their breakfast is something you have to try together with their happy hour promo if you want to relax and get a little buzz after a busy day. The location is great as it was near the Taipei Main Station, Beimen, and Ximen, also the airport train. There are also a lot of breakfast places around if you don't mind walking a little.

CitizenM is beautiful & techy. What I loved was the smart TV and the super king sized bed. The bed sheets and the duvet WAS DIVINE. Also if you're bothered about how big or small the space is, dont worry, there's enough room to open a large suitcase for packing. The only reason I removed a star was because we were with our toddler, I feel like this hotel is not quite kid friendly. We didnt go to the lobby/living room since it doesnt feel quite homey and we might be too noisy since we have a baby, so we were mostly just in our room and no where else. We didnt know if the hotel had other ameneties too aside from the living room and bar. It was rainy when we went to Taipei so we wanted to check on the hotel's facilities but we didnt quite find any. The view is breath taking. A bit of a walk going to Ximending and Taipei Main Station. Overall I wouldnt recommend for parents with toddlers since even the spiral staircase in the 2nd floor is scary for kids to be unattended
