hotel location: easily one of the best spots since it's literally just outside of Ximending. Just a walk outside and you are greeted with the famous rainbow crossing. cleanliness: well maintained and clean hotel. Comfortable for 4 people

This hotel was nice! We loved the room setup. The bathroom/shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the best part was the bar was free. It was also near the Ximending market.

Best hotel ever in Ximending area. Excellent location. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The staff can also speak very good English so we had no problems communicating. The rooms can be bigger as there was no place to put our luggages. The closet space was also small and no drawers to put your clothes. With no room to lay your luggage to use as closet space it was difficult. No hooks for your clothes when showering. Great that there was a bidet in the toilet. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

The room was clean and nice. Managed to get a free upgrade and check in before 3 pm. The staff were all very nice and friendly. I managed to have a good night's sleep. The toilet comes with a bidet. Mini bar is free, and the hotel gives 2 pineapple tarts per stay. Super good location as it is 2 mins from Ximending exit and there is a car waiting bay in front of the hotel so it is easy to get an uber or flag a taxi.

This is my 2nd time back here . Love the location which is just a walk from the train station and to XiMending . it make night shopping a lot easier . Staff at the door and counter provide superb service - able to provide options on train services etc !!!! always a nice experience

I highly recommend the West Gate Hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations! The service from the receptionist and all the staff was outstanding; they were warm, attentive, and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. This hotel is ideal for anyone visiting, as it offers incredible convenience for travel, shopping, and dining. The facilities, especially the gym, were a fantastic bonus, providing a clean and hygienic space to stay active while traveling. Overall, the West Gate Hotel is my top choice for a comfortable and stress-free stay!
