very spacious room, clean, free car parking, very nice garden, well maintained hotel, helpful staff. can feed the fish also for free. onsen however is just above average.

professional ran property. my wife and two kids stayed in the private Onsen suite and really enjoyed our stay. The garden/pond was nice to take a walk in with the kids in the morning. the property is well maintained and the room was immaculate with cleaning detail. we als visited the public onsen and the kids loved it. especially the cold bath. we will stay next time we are in the area for sure. This is a resort. we also enjoyed a rotating sushi spot nearby. cleanliness: top notch

All staff are very friendly and accomodating. English speaking staff so no issue communicating with them. There is a pond that we can feed the koi fish and ducks. Room is big. Able to view Mt Fuji. Will definately visit again and recommend this hotel.
