Booked the double room with mount fuji view but it was a shame that the weather was so bad on the night of our stay… Couldn’t see Mount Fuji at all lol Anyway the location is great if you’re visiting the Gotemba Premium Outlets. Offers free parking for hotel guests and you can drive and park at the outlet carparks (free) after checking out if you’re shopping there. It’s an easy drive to the nearby town with lots of restaurants as well if you didn’t reserve the meals at the hotel

We stayed one night at the Clad Hotel, which was part of our stay in Tokyo, Shinjuku. The hassle comes from traveling from Shinjuku to Mount Fuji and then to Clad Hotel. However, there is a bus that directly connects you from these three locations. The view is incredible, it's definitely worth your money. We will definitely come here again. It is only five minutes away from Gotemba Premium Outlet where we did our shopping. It is definitely worth the money and the experience. Where else can you shop with Mount Fuji as your backdrop?

the hotel is located next to outlet. if you like shopping, enjoy mountain Fuji, onsen, this is a great choice. however there is nothing around the hotel area. all shops open at 10am, closed at 7pm.... if u need anything anytime, it is a headache.

This hotel is hard to get to. about 15 min walk from outlet shuttle bus loop. Kinda strange need to take off shoes in the buffet dining area where the wooden floor may be wet or with food spillage. Breakfast buffet period was short, only serve breakfast till 0930. There were free drinks like coffee, hot tea and water available in the lobby. The main attraction for this hotel is mount fuji view from the guest room. Also can see mount fuji from the main lobby, dinning, and outdoor onsen. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

HOTEL WAS AMAZING!!!! 2 nights will never be enough!!!! the front desk was open when we got there around 11 pm BUT PLEASE NOTE TRANSPO SCHEDULE ENDS AT 8 FROM TOKYO so better double check. BRING FOOD AS WELL!!! - the only nearby 7-11 at gotemba closes 7-8pm too other than that IT WAS AMAZING!!!

walkable distance from hotel to gotemba outlet. Room is small with tokyo style but with Mpp view. Free ice, Tea , coffee but dont have water refill. Provide free and private onsen, check in and out are fast.
