I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Silk Tree Nagoya in Nagoya. The hotel is in a great location—everything I needed was nearby, from convenience stores to restaurants, and it was easy to get around the city. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. I loved how organized everything was. It may not be very spacious, but it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well every night. What made my stay even better was the staff. They were kind, professional, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Nagoya, I definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily book here again on my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Silk Tree Nagoya. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, which made exploring the city so easy. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Even though it wasn’t very big (which is normal in Japan), it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft, and I was able to rest well after a long day of walking. The staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Silk Tree Nagoya to anyone visiting Nagoya. It offers great value for money, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again!

2nd time to stay here but this time as a solo traveler. love the upgrades they have like the pajama free rentals, the free drink and their usual amenities. the hotel is the exact drop off from the limousine bus and across the street is the pickup back to the airport. made my travel much easier. will surely book again. highly recommended.

The location was great. Very accessible to stations and restaurants. Hotel staff, amenities and facility is great too. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for those who would like to roam around Nagoya whether via city walk or taking trains. First off, coming here from the airport was so easy, literally you just have to ride the Meitetsu Airport Bus and it will stop directly in front of the hotel. if you have a lot of luggage or traveling with children this is better rather than riding the train. Hotel Silk has nearby family mart for atm withdrawal or konbini run. Breakfast is perfect, although they're almost the same daily, it has such good quality to experience japan! Tourist spots or shopping malls/places are just 10 to 25 mins walking. Given the fine weather it definitely is worth it. For people who wants to have a laid back vacation with less people, and controlling your vacation on your own time, Visit Nagoya and stay on this hotel. Their receptionist are very professional and easy to talk to, Ishimoto was quite helpful for us as he is also a food expert who can give recommendation for local cuisines.

We stayed at Hotel silk tree nagoya for 2 nights and 3 days, the room is a bit small but it is clean and they have free toiletries at the lobby. would probably recommend to stay here

Got this on a sale so I got it cheap. Really great for it's price. It's just like the hotels with the same price range, really clean, just enough space, everything's working, accessible location and great staff. It's in the middle of 2 stations but a bit far if you have luggages but there is a closer bus station you can choose. It is near establishments, donki, restaurants, malls . There is also an airport bus service right accross the hotel ( just note the schedule). It's not the most accessible to the subway but if you don't mind the 400-500m walk then this is a really good option considering the cheap price.
