the room was in basement so it was a little hard to rest before 10 pm which is laundry cut off time and a constant humming sound kept coming from somewhere. i was on bed 2 next to door in FILLY. apart from that the staff was great, spoke English, very friendly and cooperative. i made my own coffee completely free of charge (cup and hot water was provided). overall i think its a great place to stay. more plusses than minus cleanliness: quite good for shared dorms breakfast: breakfast i didn’t take because I wasnt sure about sake in bread but its included in the stay charges so if you dont have halal concerns do have it. transport access: its close to imperial palace, you can even walk

The location was near the subway station which was a good 5mins walk. The staff are all accommodating and helpful especially when leaving my luggage aftrr checkout. You can also buy slippers and rent towels from them which was really good since i traveled without those items. Free breakfast was also served, for me I had toasted bread, jam and coffee. I stayed here for 2 days and really felt safe and comfortable.
