It is about a five to seven minute walk from Nagoya JR station. Try to get on the ground for easier access to the hotel, especially if you are carry luggages. The room wall is red so it is a bit dark but good that the lighting is sufficient. Size is typical small but fine for one pax. There is a Family Mart below so very convenient to grab a snack. There is also onsen in this hotel and wish that the corridor is brighter too.

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels we stayed at. While not massive, we had space to open our suitcases and still easily move around the room.

not the most convenient, given that its about a 7-10mins walk from nagoya station and there’s not escalator if you take the underpass but hotel was comfortable. would suggestion to walk above ground if you have huge luggages.

The hotel location is convenient (about 10-15 mins away from Nagoya JR station by walking) and surrounded by local restaurants and popular fast food chains (about 10-20 mins away in any direction by walking). The room is not bad in terms of size. There is a Family Mart attached to the bottom floor of the hotel if you’re looking for a late night snack. The hotel is a little pricey but worth what you’re paying for in my opinion.

The triple room is very spacious, the amenities are great & the staff are all very helpful! A 4 to 5 min walk to Nagoya Station. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff, great location as it's close to the fish market and nagoya station. Family Mart on the first level with hotel acces is convenient too. In house laundry, it's a washer/dryer combo so it takes a while for the full cycle but worth it

We had so much fun in Nagoya that we decided to extend our trip. The front desk staff were all very helpful. They even went to our room to have our keys replaced with the updated ones. There is also a spa and a coin laundry in the hotel. there is also a coffee area where we can gave unlimited coffee for free.

we booked a double room with queen size and it is spacious for the three of us (2 kids 1 toddler). we have 2 huge luggages and 2 cabin size luggages plus 1 packable stroller and it all fitted inside the room. my son loves the bath tub as well. the location is nice because it is very near exit 10 of unimall if you will pass by the subway line. There is also a familymart with direct access to the hotel elevator. the breakfast was fine. the lunch was delicious. all the staff were courteous especially the ones in the restaurants. we appreciate them making and giving my 3yo a cake for him to blow.
