Hotel room with a large window view is very comfy, clean & safe to stay with oveflowing coffee, water & other toiletress with pair of pajamas provided. Location wise very near to Nagoya Train Station, shopping area & restuarant including convenience store just a step away.

I suggest that you have a wheelchair for the temporary use of your guests. I had a foot injury when I checked in and since the hotel had no wheelchair, I was made to use an office chair with wheels.

The hotel was a short walk from the Nagoya station. The amenities were good and the room was well designed and good size for two persons.

near to the station. but the room is a little small compared to the declared square m I feel. it is central aircon too. they started blowing hot air in the room on some days when weren't so cold yet.

location was quite convenient with malls and restaurant selling the famous miso soba nearby. Breakfast at restaurant in hotel serving set meals like tonkatsu for selection. overall satisfied.

I’ve been to Japan 6x and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. I was always skeptical about visiting Nagoya because there’s wasn’t much to do but I definitely fell in love and part of that is because of this hotel. Great location (100 out of 10), room and bathroom bigger than the usual Japanese hotel for its price, obviously. I’m considering going back to Nagoya multiple times next year and stay here. They clean everyday and the staff spoke great english. They have free coffee and drinks at the lobby. It had an amazing view of the city.

We are a family from the US who stayed overnight to visit Ghibli Park. This hotel is within walking distance of the station and connects via train and bus to the park. The staff are very kind and speak English. The accommodations are clean, there is a TV and charging ports, desk and vanity mirror. There is a shower room with bidet. Pajamas and slippers are provided. We did not eat the AM breakfast. The views of the city are AMAZING. The room is extremely sound proof. The only down side was that the AC was not super cold and we stayed during the hottest part of summer in August. We would recommend and stay here again!

The location is convenient, with a convenience store just downstairs. The lobby is well-equipped, offering free drinks and a good range of amenities. The self-service laundromat is useful, though our clothes remained slightly damp even after a second drying cycle. However, there are some drawbacks. Room cleaning could be improved for better comfort and hygiene. The front desk staff were trying to be professional but came across as transactional rather than welcoming. Additionally, the multi-charger wires provided in the room did not function, which was frustrating. One notable inconvenience was the early checkout time of 10am, which felt a bit rushed compared to the more standard 11am or noon checkouts. While the overall experience was positive, attention to service quality, guest experience, and small details would enhance the stay.
