There were some problems when checking in which made us waited for an hour, quite frustrated. Overall our stay was fine. Hotel location is within walking distance to Dotonbori

No Air conditioning in lobby in 35+ hot weather, and long wait for the lifts even their are total 12 lifts. other than these, this place is excellent.

The APA chain of hotels are consistently good. The hotel staff front desk were very unhelpful. We asked for help for taxis and they said they don’t know. A 40 floor hotel has no clue about taxis or ride shares? It was upsetting. I had to look on ChatGPT to help. However, the staff at the luggage area was amazing! They were very efficient and friendly. There is a 7-11 on the 4th floor which was amazing! Rooms are clean but small. The Osaka staff definitely not as nice as Tokyo staff on the whole.

Loved the location definitely great for using OCAT Terminal’s Limousine Bus as main transportation to/from the KIX Airport. The hotel itself is great with straightforward check-in/check-out process as is the standard with APA Hotels.
