đź‘ŤGreat location for travelling with airport limousine. Fabulous onsen and on site convenience store!Walkable distance to all the popular tourist attractions like namba city, dotonbari or shishabashi areas. Food options are just too many places hard to decide! đź‘Žđź‘ŽRoom becomes dusty very easily even after wiping the bench tops frequently myself! Why?

The APA chain of hotels are consistently good. The hotel staff front desk were very unhelpful. We asked for help for taxis and they said they don’t know. A 40 floor hotel has no clue about taxis or ride shares? It was upsetting. I had to look on ChatGPT to help. However, the staff at the luggage area was amazing! They were very efficient and friendly. There is a 7-11 on the 4th floor which was amazing! Rooms are clean but small. The Osaka staff definitely not as nice as Tokyo staff on the whole.

Loved the location definitely great for using OCAT Terminal’s Limousine Bus as main transportation to/from the KIX Airport. The hotel itself is great with straightforward check-in/check-out process as is the standard with APA Hotels.
