Clean rooms, a bit small but an average size similar to a Japanese business hotel. Travel-size amenities in the lobby free to pick up for use. There's always staff at the front desk. Very convenient location, close to the local market, many restaurants, and Namba tourist area. It is a busy hotel so sometimes there's a bit of a wait at the front desk for other tourists checking in/out.

hotel location: near Ebisucho Station which connects to major railways. had no difficulty going here from KIX. also in denden town so near the major city cleanliness: very clean and no smoke smell which is a plus service: the staff knows english and are very polite kudos!

We had a wonderful stay at KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba Ebisucho. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever we needed help. The location was also convenient for exploring Osaka and getting around by train. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Japan! 🇯🇵✨
