黒い靴下で歩き回ったところ、我が家の子の毛色でない毛が結構たくさん着いたので少し気になりましたが、そのほかは清潔だし、長野に行くのも、八ヶ岳で遊ぶにも、夕飯を食べるにも便利な場所で最高でした。 最終日の朝は外食に飽きて道の駅白州のところにあるスーパーでむかわ米買い出しをして簡単な朝食を作りましたが、これもゆったりできて最高でした。 また是非是非利用したいです

スマートキーがが使えなかったため、物理機での鍵の解除になっていた。 メールを読んだときに説明はあったが、鍵穴の位置や注意書きみたいなものはなかった。あったのかもしれないが、私の理解が乏しく理解できなかったのかも。 電子錠が使えないならば、メールだけではなく、 物理的にスマートキーを押せないように使用禁止の紙を貼る。 物理キーはここ。 鍵穴はここ。 と写真や説明書き指示をいただかなくては全く解除にたどり着きません。 以前、スマートキーは使えていたため、それと同じと思ってしまった。よくよく理解しようとしない。私もいけないが、 スマートキーが壊れている。もしくは使えなくなっている旨をもっとはっきり伝えていただけなかったため、大きく時間のロスができた。

とても綺麗な施設で、快適でした。入室の際、暗証番号のキーが壊れていたようで、そちらに少し戸惑いましたが、問い合わせをしてすぐに解決できました。 場所の利便性も良かったですし、また利用したいと思います。

ロケーション、広さなどは問題ないけど ワンフロア、テラスなどがあったらよかったなと、

とてもよかったですが、チェックインが少し面倒ではありました。

ペット同伴で宿泊しました。とても清潔で良かったです。1階がベッドルームで2階がリビングでした。できれば逆の方が荷物の搬送などを考えると便利だったと思われます。

A lovely property! The house and rooms are very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this property again should we visit in future.

It was beautiful and nice villa to spend time with family and friends

All the outdoor furniture (table and benches) on the terrace (including the wood deck) were completely covered in yellowish dusty pollen and had to be cleaned in order to be used. We sat down unknowingly and our clothes got really dirty from all the pollen. The rubber outdoor sandals were only one size and too small. I’m a womens US size 9 or 39 European size. I had enormous trouble signing into my YouTube account on the tv, which wasn’t the case last time I stayed at a different Rakuten stay villa where it was very straightforward. Buy my kid insisted in watching his favorites in his YouTube library, so, after a few video calls with the call center and getting help, I was finally able to sign in. It’s a bit inconvenient that they don’t have any staff at the location that can come in quickly to help with these kind of issues. Everything has to be done over video calls with the provided tablet. They only have partime cleaning ladies on location. One cleaning lady was sent to clean the terrace (the cleaning took like more than 30 minutes, because the layer of pollen was that thick) but could not help with our issues regarding YouTube. Other than that, the property is clean, pretty conveniently equipped and the beds are comfortable. We had such a good experience last year at another Rakuten stay villa and were expecting kind of the same quality, so it was a bit disappointing this time.
