Recommended accommodation in Puerto Princesa City- Staffs are accommodating, hotel vicinity and room we booked is clean, location of the hotel is superb (near to famous restaurants/bar in PPC)

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern during our arrival. It was raining when we reached the gate, and although we had already informed the lady guard that we had a reservation, she requested our details first before allowing us to enter. We hope this process can be improved to make the check-in experience more convenient for guests, especially during unfavorable weather conditions.

My go-to place when I visit Puerto Princessa. Good price, really nice staff and right next to the mall makes it really easy to get supplies for your trip.

We had such a great stay — totally worth it! We also loved the food, especially the cakes. I think we’ll be coming back next time, and we’ll make it a 2-night stay!

We had a great 2-night stay at Costa Palawan Resort! The place was relaxing and beautifully maintained — perfect for a quick getaway. The food was excellent, with a good variety and generous servings, and the staff were all wonderful — very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The only minor inconvenience was that the parking area is a bit far from the main hotel, but everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we’d definitely love to stay here again! 🌴✨

My family and I stayed for 4 nights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always quick to help with any request. The buffet breakfast was a real treat, offering a wide variety that rarely repeated. Their airport shuttle service exceeded all expectations—after we forgot a luggage in the lobby, the driver immediately returned to give it back to us. It truly felt like a paradise home away from home. The outstanding staff service is what makes this hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended.
