The reservation was smooth and easy, the staff are super friendly, professional and informative. Location wise was a bit challenge as it takes an hour and 30 mins commute from intl Airport so do plan ahead.. My fiancee and I did a City tours before we headed here. Also I highly recommend to rent a car, it is much cheaper and its not bad to drive around the city. The stay was great, we did kayak, zipline, and some activities. Do breakfast included, its better and cheaper. Room was clean, nice view, take the second floor to get the best view. The beach was clean, semi white sand. food was great as well. Also there's a small town nearby to roam around. its just 10 mins walk from their beach or 5 mins drive. I would defenitely come back and stay longer, a good 6-10 days... The staff will take care of you

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern during our arrival. It was raining when we reached the gate, and although we had already informed the lady guard that we had a reservation, she requested our details first before allowing us to enter. We hope this process can be improved to make the check-in experience more convenient for guests, especially during unfavorable weather conditions.

the place is relaxing and quiet. it’s far from town proper so make sure to buy all your necessities before check-in. expect that food is expensive. if you’re looking for tour packages they can arrange it for you. staff is all nice and professional
