Fantastic 5.0
I absolutely loved my stay here as a first-time guest. celebrated my birthday & the complimentary surprise cake made the occasion even more special! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt luxurious especially the fully functional bathtub, modern toilet seat, and well-maintained bathroom. The staff were warm and accommodating throughout our stay, from reception to the lobby team. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. dining area was spacious, food selection was enjoyable. I would love to see addtl options such as bacon, pastries, local kakanin,& hot chocolate. A few minor details could also be improved. The room was cold and comfortable, but some towels looked worn and the carpet had visible stains. These did not significantly affect our stay, but addressing them would elevate the experience further. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday stay, and we will definitely return to try the gym and pool. Thank you for making my celebration memorable! ✨🤍

“An unforgettable place because my husband celebrated his 41st birthday at this hotel, and the staff also joined in making it special. Their cheesecake was delicious. The place is nice and clean. The staff are kind, and their manager is always visible and ready to serve. Their breakfast is also delicious. I also really liked the water beside the lobby; it was very refreshing. We will definitely stay at your hotel again next time. It is affordable and highly recommended. Thank you also to Klook for helping resolve my double booking issue — I also received my refund. Thank you.”

Returning guest at this hotel due to its location and convenience. I commend the front desk c/o Ma'am Wanda and their Manager Sir Dan for handling our concern and providing solutions on the faulty Air conditioning on our room. Please inform your maintenance team to check the whole 6th floor as the air conditioning seems not cool enough on its respective rooms. Thank you Hotel Lucky Chinatown.

What to know before visiting Manila

Quick snapshot of Manila and its draw

Manila’s Klook bookings are led by zoos & aquariums, museums and attraction passes, with water parks and tours also popular — a mix that keeps the city lively year-round. Demand peaks in July and drops sharply in August and the autumn months, so the rhythm of the year swings between a busy summer and much quieter late-year periods.

Best times to visit and how prices move

According to Klook booking data, the busiest month is July while the quietest period falls in August and into September–October. Prices trend up and down through the year: they reach their typical high in April and dip to a low in January before rising again into mid-year. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, consider travelling in January or the quieter late-year months; for peak-season atmosphere choose July when attractions are most in demand. Note that demand and prices don’t always move in lockstep — the priciest month (April) isn’t the busiest, so you can encounter busy periods that aren’t the most expensive and vice versa.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most visitors from Singapore book activities at short notice: Klook data shows bookings commonly made about a day in advance, with last-minute options available and some travellers booking up to five days early. That makes Manila a great fit for flexible itineraries — you can plan a few must-do experiences ahead but still lock in extra activities close to your travel dates on Klook.
