Could have been 5* howevwr the checkin process was chaotic! Kids everywhere and elevator is right beside the reception area! No line no organization took us almost 40mins to checkin. They should put the reception area and place a play pen for the kids!

Super nice! The hotel staff, especially the lobby receptionist, Sir Carl, was the most accomodating hotel staff we've ever encounter. We will definitely come back!
