The experience was fantastic! From the entrance and lobby to our room, the Sheraton staff accommodated us exceptionally well. I celebrated my birthday here and was overjoyed when they sang me a birthday song and presented me with a delicious cake! We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious food. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with a diverse selection of choices. Our room was clean and pleasantly scented. The bed was incredibly comfortable! If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of Netflix availability on the TV, as it was not available. Overall, this hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating. Kudos to the Sheraton Team! 🫶🎉

We stayed at Sheraton Manila Bay for our 2nd wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience! Initially, we booked a Deluxe King room, but the front office manager kindly upgraded us to a larger room with two queen beds, which was perfect for our family of four, including our 1-year-old baby boy and his grandma. The service was excellent, and they even added a complimentary breakfast for grandma, making our stay even more special. Our little one had a blast at the garden and gazebo on the 21st floor, walking around and watching the koi fish and turtles by the pond. It was a peaceful and beautiful space for families to enjoy. We also had a delicious anniversary dinner at the Manila Bay Kitchen, where the food was fantastic. Overall, we highly recommend Sheraton Manila Bay for families traveling together. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the hotel has great amenities for everyone to enjoy.

Sheraton Manila Bay is a great hotel to relax with family -- so many good restaurants around the area too! we really enjoyed the Cafe at the lobby with various delicious breads and coffee choices. Their breasfast is just excellent with so much options. They have an indoor basketball as well which my son enjoyed, gym is well-equipped and modern. The swimming pool needs an upgrade as its quite small and outdated, rooms are spacious and can fit 4 adults since they have 2 double beds. overall great stay!
