Well deserve 5 stars and if I can add, 2 stars more for the initiative clealiness of the room and trees. I will recommend this Marianne Hotel to my friends and family if they are going to visit Puerto Princessa. Food is nice. Vibes is superb, with trees within the hotel. Staffs always smile and accomodating.

The free breakfast was good and delicious. The location is far from the new airport and from city center. You need to spend Php100 for tuktok (one-way ride). Overall, it's accessible since the tours we availed still picked and dropped us at the hotel.

We had a really nice stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. One thing we truly appreciated was the free complimentary airport transfer. The place itself was comfortable and met our expectations, breakfast buffet is also available and the overall service made the experience even better. They also allow you to stay at the lobby after you checked out. We felt well taken care of during our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is quite far from the city center (about 15mins) but I found the peaceful ambience perfect. It is very near a tricycle “toda” anyway. The staff is very warm and accomodating. They have Netflix and hot/cold shower works very well. I would also like to commend the staff. My daughter left her wallet in the room we stayed at. We called the frontdesk and they had the staff look for it. They kept it safe until we were able to retrieve it 4 days later.

The experience was nice. Although we actually booked this bc of the free airport transfer benefit, we didn’t know that it’s only between 5am-9pm. The instructions says that as long as we inform the hotel at least 24hrs before check in, they’ll be able to provide service. I think be more specific of the service hours. For the loc, the area is quite remote. Costs us P150-200 trikefare to reach the city area. Staff were nice, just encountered someone at the front desk who looks frustrated and won’t even make eye contact. The area was clean, despite the fallen leaves. I commend the everyday room cleaning service. I also love the atmosphere and facilities. The pool and dining area were nice. I like the ambiance and the breakfast buffet. One issue only for the facilities is their doors at the room. They’re quite hard to push and pull. Overall, nice experience and good for its price 💕

We love the hotel. The rooms and facilities are great. Plus they serve a very good buffet breakfast. It's kinda far from the center but they offer free shuttle from and to the airport. We were able to book our tours with them also. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

clean room, wifi is weak inside the room, our room is in 1st floor. still able to connect their smart tv in wifi but loading sometimes. need to ride tricycle when going to the city or near restaurants. fare is 100-150. i enjoyed the pool and free coffee and tea. there is a complimentary airport drop off.
