Exceptional service! The friendly and helpful staff made the entire stay very lovely and enjoyable. Last minute requests for spa bookings were also promptly handled with kindness. The massage therapists are very skilled and the receptionists are very considerate and welcoming. Felt that all the staff really goes the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room is clean and the location is great. Highly recommend and would visit again.

We booked two rooms for this trip and Mr. Harry, the receptionist, gladly arranged one room for early check-in since we came from a long trip from Sapa via the sleeper train. He also booked our airport transfer for a cheap fee and it was a smooth transaction. All the other staff were also helpful, friendly and polite during our stay. Ms. Vivian even sent us recommendations of cafes and restaurants near the hotel and she even booked us a table in the trainstreet. I am overly glad she reserved us a great seat! And also, the food served during breakfast was delicious. The Master Chef even went out to greet us a good morning and suggested other food that she can prepare for us. Lastly, the hotel location is great. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter and very near tourist spots and well-known cafes. Overall, the experience was great and I would gladly book this hotel again on my next trip!

I had a fantastic stay at Bay Luxury Hotel in Hanoi! The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. It was also wonderfully peaceful, both at night and in the morning, allowing for a truly restful experience.
What impressed me the most was how affordable the stay was while still offering a luxurious experience. On top of that, the staff, especially those at the counter, communicated in English very well, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.
Exceptional value for money! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and great service at an amazing price. Would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. They also let us leave our luggage in the lobby while waiting for check-in. The rooms are clean as well and the hotel itself is near the lake which is close to everything. Thank you!
