We did not really spend a lot of time here because we only booked this for our last day in Hanoi after coming from Sapa. They are accommodating. I just wish that they put more space as someone who is big, I found it hard to move inside.

Book this last minute since we want to rest before going to sapa. Receptionist offer us to pay 100kvnd for an early check in, it was worth it since its only 7 in the morning an we headed their from an overnight flight. For it’s price, the room is spacious and was near to famous restaurant and shopping boutiques.

The hotel owner is very friendly and accomodating. They allow me to check in very early because my sleeper bus from Sapa arrive early in the morning.

Good Service! We only stayed overnight here, so I cannot fully judge the experience I had but so far its good. It just has a very slight unpleasant smell. Most probably from the guest who stayed there before us. Its a walking distance to St. Josepg Cathedral which is a plus for me

Location 8/10 - right in Old Quarter but on a quiet alley so no street noise. Room was spotless, bed comfy, staff insanely.
Only downside: you have to walk 1 min from the main road with luggage. Not a big deal.
Booked via Klook, zero problems. Would recommend for couples/solo travelers who want comfort without paying hotel prices.

The guest-house is very centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, making it easy to walk to many attractions, food stalls, and shops. For the price you’re getting budget accommodation — expect basic amenities, and not necessarily all the comforts of a higher-rating hotel. Go if you are on a tight budget, will spend most of your time outside the room exploring, and your main priority is location in the Old Quarter rather than fancy comfort.
