great and friendly staffs. supper provided at 11pm daily . chambermaid was very sweet n helpful , knowing my wife love the hand lotion and gave her more each day. only disappointment was they gave me double single beds when I already suggested for a king size bed when I made my booking months ago ...

Everything okay except the security guard take charge of the swimming pool. Rude and have no manners

have booked family type room with 6 person. There is great place to take short rest. There is 2 queen bed and 2 single bed. Nice to sleep and room is clean.

Room is clean and comfortable. Location is very strategic with a lot shops nearby.just a suggestion to improve hopefully can provide 4 towels instead of 2 for family superior room coz it is a room for 4 pax.

It's clean, aesthetic. Front desk person is friendly and note us that the parking needs to be paid by park@perak apps to avoid getting fined. Dec 2023: RM4, 8 am - 6 pm (daily) or RM 0.30 per hour.

Walking distance to many restaurants like dim sum and famous Ipoh Bean Sprouts Chicken！

Nice and comfirtable.. Easy to find food and very close to Lost World Tambun.. The staff was very good to us n were planning to come over again..
