The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic stay; after checking out, my child asked if we could come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again next time we are in Hong Kong.

Our stay at this property was truly exceptional, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-tier service. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and professional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. It is rare to find a hotel that balances a sophisticated atmosphere with such genuine warmth, but the team here managed it effortlessly. The room itself was a highlight—meticulously clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the attention to detail in the housekeeping was evident throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location proved to be ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and transport links while still serving as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The front desk service was polite and friendly 🥰, and I received a cake voucher for my birthday. The room was tidy and clean, with an excellent, open view that was very relaxing. 🥳 Even though it was a red and black rainstorm for two days and the pool was closed, it didn't stop me from enjoying my birthday vacation in the room. For the birthday mini cake voucher, there were several 🍮 options, including chocolate, which was great! ❤️ This time, I brought birthday streamers and flowers to celebrate, and it was perfect! Regarding transportation: There are shuttle services to and from Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, Disneyland, and West Kowloon Station. (The hotel website shows the schedule.) Food/Supplies: Right next to the hotel, there's a fairly large Marketplace (with flowers for sale), a small IKEA, a small Mannings, plus a 7-Eleven, a bar, and several small restaurants. A bus ride of about 10 minutes takes you to a larger shopping mall at the other end of the pier, which has Taiwanese noodles, pizza, Western restaurants and bars, ParknShop, a florist, Japan Home, and other small shops.

We have a very good overnight stay here in the hotel. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. Location is very convenient to and from the airport. The rooms are very clean and they have a potable water outside the room.

The location is perfect for the neareast MTR and a mall. Clean and well organized.

This hotel is highly recommended. It's easy to find, located on the 9th floor after transferring from the 3rd floor of the mall. Check-in was convenient. Our room faced the sea, and we could see planes taking off and landing, cable cars, the Airport Express train, helicopters, speedboats, and buses. It's amazing to see so many modes of transportation from one hotel window! The hotel has a lot of wood and is designed with a Japanese feel. The pool also has a heated section, which is great! Special requests were also accommodated. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was sufficient. This is a unique hotel that's definitely worth recommending.
