the location is perfect almost everything is near at iclub mongkok hotel. About the free breakfast it is unlimited bread, coffee, cold tea and juice, also they offer different spread like strawberry, blackberry also butter . nice ambience too👍🏻 about the language barrier, it needs to improved immediately so that the customers and staff will understand each other precisely. Cleanliness is good, they clean everyday.

The good thing is there is a water dispenser on every floor and it’s easy for guests to get drinkable water. There was some simply bread and coffee for breakfast and it’s complimentary. Room is standard HK size and the location is great. However, I felt a bit itchy sleeping on the bed but it’s just one night so don’t even bother to change to another room.
