The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic stay; after checking out, my child asked if we could come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again next time we are in Hong Kong.

Serviciul de la recepție a fost amabil 🥰, iar de ziua mea am primit un voucher pentru tort. Camera a fost curată și ordonată, cu o priveliște excelentă, foarte deschisă și relaxantă. 🥳 Chiar dacă în aceste două zile a plouat torențial (cod roșu și negru), iar piscina a fost închisă, acest lucru nu a împiedicat bucuria de a petrece ziua de naștere în cameră. Voucherul pentru tortul mic de ziua de naștere oferea mai multe opțiuni 🍮, inclusiv ciocolată, ceea ce a fost minunat! ❤️ De data aceasta am adus și panglici și flori pentru ziua de naștere, a fost perfect! Mâncare/Articole: Chiar lângă hotel se află un supermarket destul de mare (cu flori de vânzare), un mic IKEA, un mic Mannings, plus un 7-11, un bar și câteva restaurante mici; la aproximativ 10 minute de mers cu autobuzul se ajunge la un centru comercial mai mare, la celălalt capăt al debarcaderului, unde se găsesc tăiței taiwanezi, pizza, restaurante și baruri occidentale, ParknShop, o florărie, Japan Home și alte magazine mici.

We have a very good overnight stay here in the hotel. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. Location is very convenient to and from the airport. The rooms are very clean and they have a potable water outside the room.

This hotel is highly recommended. It's easy to find, located on the 9th floor after transferring from the 3rd floor of the mall. Check-in was convenient. Our room faced the sea, and we could see planes taking off and landing, cable cars, the Airport Express train, helicopters, speedboats, and buses. It's amazing to see so many modes of transportation from one hotel window! The hotel has a lot of wood and is designed with a Japanese feel. The pool also has a heated section, which is great! Special requests were also accommodated. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was sufficient. This is a unique hotel that's definitely worth recommending.

The location is perfect for the neareast MTR and a mall. Clean and well organized.
