The driver's driving skills are top-notch. It was amazing how skillfully he maneuvered and parked such a large bus in such a narrow road. The bottled water gift 🎁 was also a nice touch. Thank you 😊 The guide's explanation was also very good. I was impressed by her all-around knowledge of Taiwanese history, Japanese history, and the Japanese temperament. Her Japanese is excellent! She incorporated humor, which made for a great atmosphere on the bus throughout the trip. She was very beautiful and cute when she took off her glasses. The duck, "Duck-chan," was a great landmark. It was a holiday with a lot of traffic, but it didn't bother me at all. Excellent value for money. I would recommend it to everyone.

They recommended great shops at each spot, and even though it was raining, I had a great time! I was able to fully enjoy a course that would have been impossible to complete on my own in just one day!

A perfect indoor activity for a rainy day, allowing children to learn about ancient cultural relics and giving the mind a moment to calm down. The indoor environment is clean, and the service staff are very enthusiastic.

I mistakenly went to the wrong bus stop for a different tour, but the Crook Tours staff kindly directed me. Also, the tour guide was very kind and provided a lot of information, which was great. I was able to sightsee efficiently. I would like to participate in another tour.

Reiko was our guide for the day. Thank you very much for your kindness. The meeting place was easy to understand as Taipei M3 exit. You can walk around the old street in about 10 minutes, and the Taiwanese sausage at the end was delicious. Everyone went for tea in Jiufen, but we wanted to walk around the town so we skipped it. We walked around almost everywhere and enjoyed it to the fullest. We were able to eat and shop along the way. About 2 hours of free time was enough.

I joined a tour to Jiufen and Shifen, places I had always wanted to visit. First, we visited Shifen, where we released lanterns with our wishes written on them into the sky. I was so moved watching the lanterns slowly ascend that I thought, "I don't want to forget this moment." The unique scenery with shops lined up right next to the train tracks was also like a movie scene, an experience you definitely can't have in Japan. In Jiufen, we went to the teahouse said to be the model for "Spirited Away." It was optional, but I'm really glad I participated. The conversation with everyone on the tour was lively as we gathered around the tea, and the night view from the top floor was breathtakingly beautiful. Finally, I had a flower character written at an open-air stall, completing my one-of-a-kind souvenir. It was a magical and heartwarming day. This unforgettable tour allowed me to fully experience the charm of Taiwan!

The guide's explanations were very thorough and well-done, and they did a great job of selecting key historical sites and explaining them in a fun way. If I come to Taiwan again, I'd like to hear the explanations again! If anyone is planning to visit the National Palace Museum, I highly recommend it.

I joined the Jiufen and Shifen night tour. Unlike the daytime, Jiufen at night was very magical with its red lanterns lit up. In Shifen, I had the experience of flying a lantern with my wishes written on it, which was a memorable time. The guide was also kind and the transportation was smooth. It's a highly recommended tour that you can enjoy as a day trip from Taipei! Also, the guide was very good 👍
