I had a wonderful experience with the Puffing Billy Steam Railway and Phillip Island tour! The communication was very thoughtful — they sent reminders not only by email but also via WhatsApp, which made everything smooth and clear. Our tour guide was fantastic: humorous, engaging, and full of interesting stories about the places we visited. He made sure we were safe and on time at each stop, and his friendly attitude made the whole day even more enjoyable. The tour was well-organized, relaxed, and fun from beginning to end. I also really liked the group atmosphere — everyone was friendly and respectful, which made the trip even better. This tour added so much joy to my time in Melbourne and gave me some truly unforgettable memories. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A great mix of beautiful sights, smooth logistics, and warm service. Would definitely join again!

Not my first time, but I still loved the Puffing Billy ride. Lorraine was always making sure we got great value out of the tour, like arriving at Phillip Island early to get the best spot, and taking the better route to let us see the wildlife. Totally recommended. The only minor improvement would be the wait time. The whole bus was waiting for another traveler for more than 15 minutes during pickup. It would have been better if a waiting time limit was set for that, to not waste the precious time of other travelers who arrived on time.

Highly recommend this half day tour! Started off at brighton beach for a short while to take some photos before heading to the moonlit sanctuary. Our guide, Pierro was friendly and shared knowledge about the houses at brighton beach and the animals. Tour included feeding of the animals in the sanctuary too!

Loved this day tour. Pick-up and drop-off were easy. Alisha was our lovely guide and made the trip so much fun. We went to all the places of interest as stated. We opted for the underground viewing of the penguin parade. It was cozy inside the room while it was cool outside, and we were also free to walk outside to follow behind the penguins, lol... The entire trip was rich throughout the day, starting with a trip to the famous Rainbow Cottages, where you could not stop taking pictures with these houses. Then head to Vineyard Winery where you can decide for yourself whether to taste the wines for AU 15-25 and head out to Hillsville Wildlife Refuge where you can see kangaroos, koalas, which is really cool. Finally off to the most anticipated Melbourne steam train, which can sit for an hour with your feet & hands exposed outside the train, it’s really cool and the scenery along the way is beautiful. The guide was friendly and explained clearly. The train is really a must and is a good experience

The trip is by Wine Hop & Coastal Tours. Our guide name was Philip (Phil) and he handled the trip super well. He shared a lot of information through the mic in our tour van and was super cheerful thrughout the day. We enjoyed the trip to brighton beach, moonlit sanctuary, philip island, and penguin parade. 🫶🏻 Despite it was on off raining, my friends and I enjoyed the trip. Do ensure you arrive at the pick up spot on time for smooth travel 👍🏻

Joined the Puffing Billy & Philip Island Tour and Great Ocean Road Tour. Picked up / Drop-off location was great since it’s within the CBD area. Also visited many iconic tourist attractions during the tours!

we loved out tour guide, would recommend. his name is scott. brought us to even destinations that werent stated on the itinerary. beautiful scenery and had a great time. too bad there was a no photography policy for phillip island. nontheless it was a good time. worth it!!!!
