Our tour guide, Curtis, was very enthusiastic. At first, it felt like he talked a lot, but he also gave us time to rest later on. The entire itinerary had ample time, and we never felt rushed, though some guests might have been a little late. The steam train experience was excellent; I was surprised we rode it for almost 45 minutes. I personally think most souvenirs aren't necessary to buy; it's better to save time for photos and enjoying the scenery. When we went to see the penguins, I was surprised that the guide noticed I was wearing a short skirt and asked if I was cold, even thoughtfully giving me a hand warmer. I'm not someone who gets cold easily, so I immediately gave the hand warmer to my friend who does. I highly recommend everyone buy the deluxe seats because when you see them come ashore and then go back, you are almost within two hand-lengths of them – it's incredibly worthwhile. Even more surprising was the sky full of stars; the scenery combined with the penguins was truly a 100-point experience. Many thanks to the tour for this experience.

Overall, the tour is nice. We booked an English tour, but the tour guide spoke Chinese throughout. Although he gave us an English guide to read, we still felt excluded from the tour.

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended. The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄

This tour by Go West was a fabulous experience. Our tour guide, Mark, was very attentive and responsible, and he talked a lot about the history of Australia. The sanctuary was very cute, and even though it was raining, I had an enjoyable time. The penguin parade was definitely the highlight of the day—seeing penguins swim up from shore and going back into their burrows. Remember not to take photos, as your phone screen light might make them disoriented. Let’s do our part and be good humans.

The driver and tour leader are nice and friendly, they explain everything about Melbourne city, and the drivers are on time for picking us up.

I've always wanted to ride the Puffing Billy steam train and experience dangling my feet out of the carriage, but I never had the time and tickets were hard to get. This time, taking advantage of my trip to Melbourne for Yixin's graduation ceremony, I wanted to arrange something. I happened to see this tour online, and it was perfect for us! It included a Puffing Billy experience, a walk along the beach cabins, a visit to the Serendip Sanctuary to see cute platypuses (Perry!), and wine tasting at a winery. Plus, with bus transfers, we didn't have to drive ourselves, so we could enjoy the wine without worry! Although the weather was unstable with intermittent rain, the experience on the steam train amidst the misty mountains during a light drizzle was even more special! Our driver and guide, Curtis, was very professional and made our whole family's trip incredibly enjoyable. This is a fantastic itinerary, whether for a family outing with children, a group of friends, or couples/partners – everyone will have a rewarding experience!

Such a fantastic experience to join the tour to Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. We arrived at the park right at the opening time and were able to purchase an additional ticket to join the koala encounter.

Overall, it was a great experience. My kids loved it. Our guide, Kai, was super nice and gave us a lot of local insights.
