it’s a small private tour with around 11pm. Our guide is a nice gentleman who also give us brief introduction of each spot. Just wish the peninsula hot spring time would be a little bit longer

Fantastic 5.0
The views along the coast were absolutely stunning, and the hike itself is very beginner friendly. I don’t exercise much normally, but was still able to complete all the walks comfortably. The pacing was well planned, with sufficient time given to explore and enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. There are rest options available along the way, so you can sit out certain parts if tired. That said, everyone in my group managed to complete the full hike. The tour started on a great note with complimentary coffee before departure, which was a really thoughtful touch. A big part of the positive experience was our guide and driver, Nat. He was punctual, energetic, and cheerful throughout the day, which kept the group engaged. He was also very knowledgeable, sharing interesting information and tips at each location. The small group size made the experience more personal and attentive, and it was nice that Nat even joined us for some of the hikes. Definitely a tour worth considering!

Had a really nice time on the Mornington Peninsula Food and Wine day tour from Melbourne. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Our driver-guide Stuart was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. Lunch at Montalto was very tasty - the prawn pizza and focaccia were delicious. The tasting at Point Leo included entry to the beautiful sculpture park that had artworks by some well known artists like Yayoi Kusama and Jaume Plensa. Thought the mix of some sightseeing and visits to wineries and brewery was just right. Highly recommend this tour.

This was a very well-organized tour with fulfilling tastings at each winery, allowing us to enjoy a variety of wines. The lunch was also very delicious. The guide, Mike, contacted us before the tour to confirm details, which made us feel secure participating. Mike was a very good guide, friendly, and treated everyone with great care, leaving a very good impression.

The vochur from Klook is easy to redeem. Not much variation for the hot spring but it’s still a great experience !

Entire trip was so seamless and straightforward. Our guide James was really friendly and accommodating. Was a bit unsure at the start because it was raining heavily but he assured us that a little bit of rain would kinda enhance the experience haha. Luckily the rain stopped by the time we got there but it did made dipping in the hot spring more enjoyable. I do wish we could have skipped the boxes though, but I suppose since it was along the route it made sense to just pit stop.

I hopped on the Eagle around 5 PM, and it was the perfect call—the sunset was absolutely incredible. Watching the coastline of the Port Phillip bay glow in that deep orange light from the cable car is something I’ll never forget. Once I reached the Summit Station, I wandered over to Seawinds Gardens and actually spotted some wild kangaroos, which was the ultimate cherry on top of a beautiful evening.

What to know before visiting Mornington Peninsula

Mornington Peninsula at a glance

Mornington Peninsula draws most bookings for cable car experiences, massages and guided tours, with gardens and wildlife visits also popular. Demand has a clear seasonal rhythm: Klook booking data shows big peaks in May and a deep trough in December, so the year alternates between busy and quiet stretches.

Best times to visit and what to expect

Klook booking data places the peak demand in May and the quietest month in December. Prices move through the year too: bookings in February and March typically align with the lowest average prices, while May usually shows the highest prices on Klook. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for February–March; if you prefer the lively, peak-season atmosphere, May is when the region is busiest and prices tend to be highest. Note that demand and prices largely move together around those months: the busiest month also tends to be the priciest.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most travellers from Singapore who book Mornington Peninsula experiences typically plan far ahead—Klook aggregate data suggests many bookings are made months in advance—so consider securing popular activities early, especially for May. That said, some experiences show flexibility and last-minute availability, so you can still find options if you travel more spontaneously. Use Klook to check current availability and lock in the experiences you want.
