Can I amend my activity date?
As this is an open-dated voucher you do not need to amend your participation date. You may use your voucher to participate in your activity at any date within your voucher validity period. Your voucher validity is stated in the "How to Use > Usage Validity" section of your voucher.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children aged 0-3 can enter for free but a ticket would still have to be redeemed at the ticket box of the base or summit station.
How long does the Eagle experience take?
Each direction of the journey takes approximately 14 minutes.
Is smoking permitted?
No, smoking is not permitted in the gondolas or anywhere within the Eagle buildings or outdoor areas.
What items are not allowed in the gondolas?
Animals (except assistance dogs), rollerblades, bikes, scooters, skateboards, large backpacks, suitcases, food, and drinks (except bottled water).
Can you guarantee our group will be in the same gondola?
Not always, as each gondola holds up to eight people.
What food and beverage facilities are available?
The Eagle Café at the Summit Station offers pies, salads, sandwiches, wraps, ice creams, sweet treats, and drinks. Cold drinks and snacks are also available at the Base Station.
What facilities are available for disabled visitors?
Accessible features include level access for wheelchairs, zimmer frames, prams, strollers, accessible parking, ramped access, observation decks, toilets, and a Changing Places facility.
Does bad weather affect the Eagle?
Yes, the Eagle may close in extremely high wind conditions.
Are pets allowed at the Eagle?
No, only assistance animals are permitted.
