Instructor Lemon came to fetch us from hotel to ski area. Ski gear were all provided except socks and face mask. He is patience and explain in details to us about the basics. Also help us take photos and videos. Overall a great and memorable experience although I keep falling 😆

Equipment: The equipment was good, and the staff provided excellent service. There were two employees assisting with shoes and clothing, and another two handling snowboards and skis.

The ride was comfortable and smooth. The driver was friendly and professional. It was a simple, no-frills trip, but perfect for a day trip to Niseko.

What an amazing rafting experience! Our first time rafting was unforgettable, thanks to our fun and energetic guide , Sudip, who kept the excitement going from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had such a great time and would highly recommend this adventure to anyone! -Family from California

The instructors were so good and really patient. I used to feel like snowboarding just wasn’t for me and was ready to give up, but He made everything easy to understand and didn’t put any pressure on me at all. He kept encouraging me and helped me build confidence step by step. After just 3 hours, I was already thinking ‘okay, I actually want to get good at this!‘
