We visited during Halloween, and the whole place had a more spooky and mysterious vibe — the dim lights, old stone walls, and historic ruins really made it feel like stepping back in time. It was both fun and eerie in the best way!

Very affordable and the staff are kind... we will come back soon... but I hope there's a place to buy food inside because it would be better if there's a place to eat if bringing food is not allowed... it's a waste of the benches if they allow eating there

This was the first place I visited before going to Fort Santiago and the Casa Manila Museum. The voucher redemption process was quick and easy; just show the voucher to the staff near the ticket booth. Baluarte de San Diego is a historical site in Intramuros and one of the oldest stone forts in the Philippines, built in the late 16th century. It was originally a circular fortress called Fort Nuestra Señora de Guia. This place has become a symbol of Manila's resilience because it has survived wars, earthquakes, and subsequent restorations.

The Intramuros walking tour was really fun and helped us learn quite a lot about Philippine & Intramuros history. The weather wasn’t too hot and was still pretty pleasant. Our guide, Russel, was very knowledgeable, well-prepared and explained everything based on evidence while showing us old photos of Intramuros.
