After exiting at the arrival gate, inform the Exemplar company at the reception desk on the far left that you have arrived. My name was on the whiteboard at the reception. The reception time determined at the time of booking is just a guide, and it doesn't seem like they leave at that exact time. My flight arrived at 4:30, and that's the time I was assigned, so I was a little worried, but they waited for everyone who had a reservation to arrive before departing. Once everyone was together, the driver guided us to the car outside, loaded our luggage into the cargo area, and we set off.

Spending a day in Kuranda was both busy and delightful. At the Rainforest Center, I had the chance to take a photo with Koloa, which was a real highlight. Because of the crowds, I decided to skip the Army Duck ride, but that didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, the trip was wonderful and full of memorable moments.

The tour company is very thoughtful and emails again a few days before departure to confirm the time, location, and pickup. Also, they hand out instructions and admission tickets with each person's name when taking attendance on site. This ensures everyone knows where to meet for departure. Very clear.

the overall experience was great. and a tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. Got to experience the oldest rainforest and the best scenic driveway was unbelievable stup. I loved the experience and would recommend it to everyone.🙌

Best last min decision ever to book this transfer. Mr Lindsay, the driver, was very nice to share a lot during the bus ride about Cairns, Hartley's and introduce sightseeing places too. The crocodile wildlife park was fun, the boat ride at the lagoon and the crocodile attack show are must-see/do! There is even a kangaroo and wallaby area for you to get up close to them, not forgetting koala which you can pay to take picture with them!

Well-planned, the driver explained the itinerary in detail and patiently helped solve problems. The rainforest station's zoo and experience were quite interesting, but Kuranda town was a bit boring.

This trip was full of healing and laughter! Our guide, Karlos, was not only fun but also knowledgeable. He effortlessly explained the plants and animals, and shared many interesting local histories along the way.
✅ Babinda Boulders: A natural waterhole surrounded by rainforest, with the opportunity to see a glittering Jewel Spider.
✅ Etty Bay Beach: We were lucky enough to see the endangered cassowary! We not only saw a male bird with its chicks, but also learned how its droppings help plants grow!
✅ Paronella Park: Full of history and natural beauty, the park is home to the adorable Irwin’s turtle and many rainforest plants.
The whole trip was full of surprises. I highly recommend this guide and itinerary; it's a very rewarding experience.
