This was my first trip to Bali, and since I wanted to explore as many places as possible, I chose a private tour — and it turned out to be perfect. It was a special mother-daughter trip, and since we’re not into water activities, we skipped those but visited just about everything else! Arguna was incredibly kind and professional — he guided us with care, helped take photos, and patiently waited while my mom enjoyed souvenir shopping. Thanks to him, our entire trip felt relaxed and effortless. Honestly, driving in Bali looks impossible unless you're a local — and Arguna is absolutely the best driver! From early morning until late at night, all we had to do was enjoy the sights in comfort. If we visit Bali again, I’ll definitely contact Arguna. We had such a wonderful time and left Bali with happy memories. For first-timers, I highly recommend the 3-day private tour + Nusa Penida (especially if you love water activities)!

Nusa Penida tour through Klook was such an amazing experience! Our tour guide - Kadek Wijaya made the trip extra special—he was very professional, soft-spoken, chill, and super accommodating. I really appreciated how respectful he was and how he made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. One of the highlights was how great he was at taking photos! I loved this tour a lot especially the tirta empul temple for purification ritual. I also enjoyed the waterfall anf monkey sanctuary. The guide ( Pustika ) helped us in all the places where he gave ample to time and no rushing. I would highly recommend him.

We had the most amazing experience with our guides Nando and Viko on the Ijen Crater and Bromo trip! From start to finish, they were so helpful, kind, and supportive, staying with us every step of the way. They also took amazing pictures for us, so we could just enjoy the moment. During Ijen and the waterfall, we had local guides as well as Nando and Viko, which made the adventure even more special and authentic. What we truly loved was how they shared Indonesian culture with us and answered our millions of questions with warmth, patience, and honesty. Thanks to them, the trip was not only breathtaking but also meaningful. We learned so much and felt really cared for throughout. If you’re planning this tour, we can’t recommend Nando and Viko enough , they will make your journey unforgettable!

We booked the 2-day Bali tour and it was a great experience! The itinerary gives you a nice taste of Bali’s highlights, especially if you’re short on time. Everything was well-organized and smooth. Our driver and guide Putu was fantastic—punctual, very friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the trip. He made us feel comfortable, shared useful insights about each place, and was flexible with our preferences. His professionalism and warm personality really made the tour more enjoyable. This is my first time in Bali, and I'm having a wonderful trip thanks to our guide, Sanjaya! He's incredibly kind, and his guidance and explanations are so thorough and informative that they've greatly enhanced my overall travel experience. In particular, there was a lot of traffic on the way, which made our lunchtime late, but Sanjaya quickly adjusted the schedule so we could have a satisfying meal without feeling hungry and enjoy the rest of our itinerary. One of the best choices if you're considering a Lembongan Island tour. Bali Hai's exclusive pier, waiting room, and beach club are unique and special. It's also worth mentioning the option to walk on the seabed. I was able to experience a new discovery different from scuba diving.

The Edge really lives up to its name — that glass-bottom infinity pool hanging over the cliff is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. Swimming there feels like you’re floating above the Indian Ocean, with endless blue stretching out in front of you. The whole place has a luxurious but relaxed vibe, perfect for just soaking up the views with a cocktail in hand. The staff are attentive without being overbearing, and the food and drinks match the stunning setting. It’s definitely on the pricier side compared to other Bali spots, but honestly, the experience and the view make it worth it. If you’re looking for a place that’s both relaxing and a little bucket-list-worthy, this is it.
