Bali Sanur - Nusa Penida Ferry Ticket

We arrived early and was moved to an early sched. Staffs are nice and there is a waiting area at Arjuna. You can also wait at the Harbour. just keep in mind that you should pick up the ticket 90mins to 60mins before your ferry trip to ensure ticket. They also have Luggage storage. If travelling from Sanur, it is best to just bring essentials during the Nusa Penida trip and leave heavy luggage at their facility (15k - 35k IDR depending on size). Travel time is 45-60mins. Speed boat is fast and waves are normal to sometimes hard. Experience is good with Arjuna. Thank you Arjuna Fast boat.

The boat was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. The night before departure, we received a last-minute notification that our scheduled boat trip was changed because a boat was undergoing maintenance. Our original booking was canceled, and only the 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM boats were available. I didn't see the email until I left in the morning, and by the time I arrived at the pier, it was already past 7:30 AM. The staff quickly used a radio to communicate with the dock so we could board a boat that hadn't departed yet. The 7:30 AM boat didn't leave the port until around 7:50 AM. The boat schedule change was very sudden, but the staff's assistance was excellent and prompt. The issue was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily, so I'm giving a five-star rating.

we took the Semabu Fast Boat 12nn. The boat has a good head room we were on the bottom deck. There were electric fans for ventillation which was great! Bigger Headroom and I think the boat was new. Staff were fast and efficient. We departed on time and the travel was only around 40 minutes! Baggages are handled well also

We took Tanis Fast Boat 8am. departed around 8:15 the travel was fast and safe. Just take note that there's no aircon on the boats as mentioned in the package. Baggages were carried well one by one and not by a cart. they were handled good as well

Our driver Kumang picked us up even thought we were early. Snorkelling spots were nice even though we were not able to see manta rays/turtles. The beach view points were amazing and Kumang took amazing photos for us

We booked with Angel Billabong, which doesn't require wading or taking off your shoes. You can bring large luggage, and staff will help you load it onto the roof of the boat. The boat is also well-ventilated, comfortable, and not hot. The waiting room is also air-conditioned and quite comfortable. We were lucky enough to sit at the front of the boat, and we were also fortunate that the sea was calm that day, so we didn't need seasickness medication and arrived quickly. I think the whole experience was wonderful.

After booking, you need to go to the boat company on-site to redeem your ticket. The redemption process is smooth, but there are a lot of boat companies, so please arrive early. Also, each time slot is actually operated by a different boat company, so the company name Klook provided initially was different from the company name we saw upon arrival. Luckily, it was just next door, otherwise, it would have taken even longer to find. Also, when taking a vehicle to the pier, make sure it drops you off right at the pier, because the roads around the pier are terrible, and dragging luggage along them is really rough. Hopefully, the government will repair the sidewalks soon.

I've always been curious why ticket platforms/ferry companies' emails/Xiaohongshu all remind you to arrive at the pier at least one hour in advance. Today I finally understand why, because the ticket exchange process is a bit complicated. Redemption Guide: 6:50 Arrive at the ferry company's ticket redemption point (queue) —— Scan the mobile phone order at the counter to redeem handwritten ferry tickets/badges from the ferry company 7:15 Outside the waiting hall, redeem the ferry company's QR code ticket —— First floor of the waiting hall, scan the QR code to pass through the gate machine —— Second floor of the waiting hall, scan the QR code to pass through the boarding gate 7:17 Exit on the second floor of the waiting hall and go down to the pier 7:20 Find the corresponding ferry company at the pier and return the badge ——Check in luggage/find seats

Had a very scenic ferry ride from Sanur port to Nusa penida, ferry was on time and the ride was very comfortable. Booking through klook was hassle free indeed.
