Fantastic 5.0
When I rode the Big Bus, there wasn't a separate place to scan the barcode. Even when I showed it to the staff, they just told me to get on. Since there's no ticket exchanged, it might be a bit inconvenient when you want to take the river cruise. So, with the help of the cruise staff, we searched the Big Bus website, entered our reservation number, and were issued a ticketing barcode to board the cruise, which worked out well. We rode the Big Bus, took photos at the Arc de Triomphe, and then ate and enjoyed ourselves on the Champs-Élysées. Since it was getting late, we walked to the river cruise. Have a pleasant trip! The cruise is especially beautiful around 10:30 PM.

Fantastic 5.0
This was our first time choosing a hop-on hop-off bus in Paris. It was a top recommendation on Klook with excellent reviews. The driver was polite, the ride was smooth, and there were stops at all the famous landmarks, which was very convenient. We purchased the three-day bus package with a river cruise, offering flexible itineraries, perfect for a family trip.

The hotel's location is easy to find, and the entrance is securely locked unless opened by the reception staff, which is reassuring. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and problem-free. The room itself was very clean and tidy, which was great.

The room is so small and no kettle, teeth brush was provided. But the room is clean and the location is so close to Metro and Bercy Village.

Fantastic 5.0
The hotel offers five-star style and service. The front desk staff are very attentive, professional, and friendly. The lobby provides welcome drinks, fruit, and snacks. The rooms are clean and equipped with toiletries and slippers, and the breakfast is excellent. Plus, it's very close to Paris Est train station, and the subway is directly downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

What to know before visiting Paris

Quick snapshot of Paris and what draws visitors

Paris is a city whose Klook bookings are dominated by museums, river cruises and guided tours, with observation decks and historical sites also popular. Demand climbs to a clear high in June and falls to a low in February, so the rhythm of the year alternates between busy early summer months and much quieter late winter ones.

When to visit and how prices behave

Klook data show June as the busiest month and February as the quietest. Prices on Klook drift down through the autumn into December and then spike into February, with December typically the cheapest month and February typically the priciest month according to Klook booking data. For lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for December or the late-winter troughs; for full peak-season atmosphere and the busiest services, visit in June. Note that demand and prices diverge at times — June is very busy without being the absolute priciest month, while December is relatively quiet and also among the cheapest.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most travellers from Singapore who book Paris experiences on Klook typically finalise plans about two weeks ahead, with many bookings still possible as a last-minute choice about 48 hours before travel. If you prefer flexibility, you can often book a few days out; if you're travelling in June, consider locking in popular museum tours or cruises earlier within that two-week window to secure your preferred times. Use Klook to compare dates and times so you can pick quieter slots or better-value days.
