From the beginning, we had an extremely warm welcome from Jeff who checked us in. He made us feel at home immediately. The other members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Rooms were comfortable and easy. Overall good experience.

OMG! I absolutely loved staying here! The view of the Eiffel Tower is perfect! You can watch it sparkle every hour at night, starting at sunset until 1 AM, right from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

Although a voucher problem with Klook about the stay in hotel, the staff still try his best to find out the problems and provide us an alternvative room for stay eventually (Honestly, the room has to be paid).... staff is nice; even the restaurant gentlements & ladies are very nice.
