Komatsu car rentals - Save up to 20%

Fantastic self-driving experience! The car was brand new, the staff provided excellent customer service, and I will definitely consider this company again next time I visit!

Picking up and returning the car at the airport was convenient. There was WhatsApp customer service available. Overall, it's highly recommended. The customer service was polite, and the staff spoke Mandarin, which made communication easy.

Picking up the car was a bit difficult, so I got help from an airport staff member. It would be great if a staff member could meet me! It's very hard to find the car in the vast P2 zone. The car was in good condition and I drove it safely!

Highly recommended! After checking in at the Komatsu Airport service counter, a shuttle bus took us to the car rental company in about ten minutes. The staff were polite, and the compact car was new and clean. We were able to choose an ETC card, which made highway tolls automatic and convenient for our self-driving trip. We had a very enjoyable road trip! Plus, there was no charge for a second driver, making it an excellent car rental experience.

It's convenient; there's a counter at the airport. After calling the rental car company, a staff member will come to pick you up at the airport in about 10-15 minutes.

It was convenient because they brought the car to the airport and I could also return it there.
