How to redeem your SG Culture Pass Credits
- Contact the SG Culture Pass Help Centre at +65 6338 3632, or
- Submit screenshots of suspicious text messages via the ScamShield app.
How to use my SG Culture Pass Credits on Klook?
- Visit the Klook SG Culture Pass website and browse the list of eligible arts and heritage experiences.
- Select your preferred experience on Klook and proceed to book.
- At checkout, choose "SG Culture Pass" as your payment method.
- You will be redirected to log in with your Singpass to verify your profile.
- Once verified, you will be brought back to the payment page to complete your payment.
- If you do not have sufficient credits to cover the full cost of the payment, you will be required to pay the balance using other payment methods.
- Once the payment is completed and successful, the credits will be deducted from your account.
