    Big news for all the culture vultures out there - the SG Culture Pass just launched on 1 September 2025! This means exploring Singapore’s arts and heritage scene just got a whole lot easier (and friendlier on your wallet!). Haven't checked out Singapore’s arts landscape in ages? Well, no excuses now 😉
    From 1 September 2025, every Singaporean aged 18 and above will receive $100 in credits to spend on tickets to a wide range of cultural experiences. This includes performances, exhibitions, experiences such as learning tours and workshops, and plenty more! Whether you’re already an arts regular or just curious to dip your toes in, this is your chance to try something new (it's free or discounted after all!).
    And the best news of all is that you will be able to spend your SG Culture Pass credits on Klook!

    What is SG Culture Pass?

    The SG Culture Pass is a new initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) designed to encourage Singapore Citizens to help you discover, enjoy, and engage with Singapore's vibrant arts and heritage scene.
    Every eligible Singapore Citizen will receive S$100 in credits, which can be used to offset ticket costs for local arts and heritage activities.

    What counts as local Arts and Heritage activities?

    Of course, you can’t just spend your credits on anything under the sun. To give you a rough idea, here are some categories (and examples) of the kinds of arts and heritage activities you can look forward to booking with your credits:
    • Literary Arts (Eg. writing classes, literary talks and workshops etc.)
    • Performing Arts (Dance) (Eg. dance performances and/or workshops etc.)
    • Performing Arts (Music) (Eg. orchestra and music performances etc.)
    • Performing Arts (Theatre) (Eg. dramatised readings, acting, directing workshops etc.)
    • Visual Arts (Eg. exhibitions and workshops like ceramics, calligraphy, batik etc.)
    • Heritage (Eg. Heritage experiences like festivals, historic walking tours etc.)

    Will SG Culture Pass Credits expire?

    The SG Culture Pass credits are valid for use across 3 years, from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2028, via authorised ticketing partners.

    Who will get the SG Culture Pass credits?

    Here's everything we know about the eligibility criteria for SG Culture Pass:
    All Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above in 2025 are eligible. This is defined as Singapore Citizens who are:
    • Born on or before 31 December 2007; and
    • Singapore Citizens as of 31 December 2024
    Eligible Singapore Citizens should have received an SMS from the gov.sg Sender ID in September informing them about their SG Culture Pass eligibility.

    How to redeem your SG Culture Pass Credits

    SG Culture Pass credits can be accessed online through the SG Culture Pass website (sgculturepass.gov.sg) from 1 September 2025.
    ⚠️ If you detect any suspicious messages relating to SG Culture Pass:
    • Contact the SG Culture Pass Help Centre at +65 6338 3632, or 
    • Submit screenshots of suspicious text messages via the ScamShield app.

    How to use my SG Culture Pass Credits on Klook?

    1. Visit the Klook SG Culture Pass website and browse the list of eligible arts and heritage experiences.
    2. Select your preferred experience on Klook and proceed to book.
    3. At checkout, choose "SG Culture Pass" as your payment method.
    4. You will be redirected to log in with your Singpass to verify your profile.
    5. Once verified, you will be brought back to the payment page to complete your payment.
    6. If you do not have sufficient credits to cover the full cost of the payment, you will be required to pay the balance using other payment methods.
    7. Once the payment is completed and successful, the credits will be deducted from your account.
