Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen, Shifen, and Golden Waterfall Day Tour

our tour guide, susan chang, was an awesome guide. she smiles a lot. pur tour was made even more interesting because she shared her own personal experiences together with the story of the places we've been to. the tour was well organized and on time at every stops. Highly recommended tour.

Peter was an amazing tour guide. Our tour was really rainy due to the typhoon but I still had so much fun! We didn’t get to go to Yehlui but we went to hopping geo park. Peter took care of us and made sure we made it to the next stop to another. Pretty awesome tour, I wish I got to spend more time in each locations but it was enough.

I booked an English-guided trip through Klook with my boyfriend on Friday, August 7, 2026, and we had a fantastic experience. Our guide, Hannah Huang, was wonderfully kind, funny, and well-organized. A day before the tour, she sent us a very clear schedule filled with pictures on time, which was extremely helpful. Her English was easy to understand, her instructions were crystal clear, and she shared great facts about Taiwan along the way. The itinerary offered a great balance, giving us plenty of free time to explore before meeting at designated spots for the next destination. Hannah was also incredibly accommodating—if participants hadn't booked a specific activity in advance but wanted to join later, she effortlessly arranged for them to participate. On a personal note, I was terrified when an insect got into the bus, but she calmly and effortlessly removed it like a total star! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan!

The tour was worth it despite the hot weather. Iris was very helpful and accommodating with all our questions and requests. The highlight for us was the last stop (Jiufen Old Street), we got a lot of free tastes and ate a lot of food. We were to get our personalized stamper with our name and its chinese characters. Thank you!!!

It was an amazing experience to witness the places included in this tour. Kate has been very accommodating and kind. We almost got lost but kate remains very patient with us. Overall, we had an amazing time and will highly recommend this tour to my friends and family.

We had a fantastic tour with Kate! She was exceptionally informative and made the experience seamless and engaging. What stood out most was how warm and friendly she was with our child, she went out of her way to keep things fun for my kid. We loved Shifen and Jiufen and will try to visit again next time.

We were originally planning to do DIY for the Shifen and Jiufen Night View Tour but we decided to try out the Klook tour and it was definitely a great last minute decision as the tour was really worth it. We have Kate as our tour guide and she really made the tour interesting and memorable. She shared with us information on best spots in the area for picture and always reminded us to not just focus on trying to grab the best pictures, but to pause and take a deep breath, capture the moment by ourselves which makes it more special. She also gives us a lot of info about the place, culture, and a lot more of what to love in Taiwan! And as a bonus, we received a pretty trinket from her. She's a sweet and dependable tour guide, I hope all the best for her and you will definitely appreciate Taiwan more if you book this tour.
