Thank you! we had a pleasant stay. All staff are nice and approachable! Only slight issue was the snacks aren’t that much to choose from and not really tasty. Also no bidet in the toilet. But we just brought our filipino “tabo” All in all we had a pleasant stay. We super loved the bath tub.

Location is perfect and very convenient! We stayed in the Family Quad Room, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable we had the best sleep during our trip. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the free snacks and drinks available anytime; such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel gave us a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

I've seen mixed reviews of this hotel and still booked it and prayed to God that we'd get a good room and a great experience.. and surprise surprise, we did! ❤️ My toddler, my husband and I enjoyed our stay here a lot. There's lots of fun things to do at the lobby. It was such a rainy stay when we went to Taiwan and sure enough the hotel made up for all the chill time we had. My 23mo old loved basketball so she really enjoyed the free basketball at the lobby with her dad. Me and my husband enjoyed trying out the snacks, my toddler loved the popcorn as well, I loved the free soda too, and sandwiches. It was particularly entertaining to visit during halloween time since the decors are✨giving✨We had two hotels during our visit and we loved this hotel more as its cozier with our toddler and she had lots of places to roam around to.We also got upgraded which was such a great thing it gave our toddler more space & the view was fantastic, she didnt get bored waking up to a Taipei street view✨

the B1 reception area was the biggest hit for my kids - they enjoyed the basketball, air hockey and retro game console so much. there’s free cup noodles, bun, snacks and drinks, unlimited! we ended up hanging out there for at least 30 mins everyday before and after our day. the room was big for Taipei but pretty much no frills. they also don’t clean the rooms everyday. location is walkable but not the nearest to the train station.

Opt for window rooms if you're staying more than 2 nights. Hotel should consider providing amenities and change of bedsheets for guests staying more than 2 or 3 nights. Location is great! Room is not meant for big luggage though.
