From the Goryokaku Tower, you can overlook the entire Goryokaku, the scenery is very beautiful, and klook is cheaper to buy tickets.

- Discover the history of Minami Hokkaido and go on a journey to the places related to it
- Climb the emergency stairs (451 steps) from the first floor, which is not normally open, to the second floor of the observation!
