A very interesting and well-organized excursion. Our guide, Jeffrey, was incredibly attentive to the entire group, explained everything clearly, and also provided us with plenty of tips on where to eat or buy souvenirs. He even shared advice for the rest of our stay in Taipei. All the stops were excellent. Yehliu Geopark could even use a bit more time. And if you can, aim for a weekday to avoid having to take the shuttle in Jiufen. Thank you for this wonderful excursion!

I visited Taiwan for the first time in late June. On the third night of my trip, I learned a typhoon was approaching. I immediately signed up online in the early morning, and although only English tours were left, I was fortunate to still make it for a departure the next morning. Klook's system efficiency is truly excellent. I was lucky to enjoy all the attractions under beautiful, clear weather. Our tour guide (Susan Chang) gave very professional explanations in English, which enhanced everyone's understanding of Taiwan's beautiful scenery and delicious food. She also proactively shared concise information in our group chat, helping us better understand the itinerary and meeting times. This saved us time and made it more convenient when searching for food in Jiufen Old Street, allowing us ample time to appreciate the scenery and savor the local cuisine. Releasing a sky lantern for the first time in my life was truly exciting, and the guide's thoughtfulness and enthusiasm made it even more memorable. During a casual chat, she learned it was my first visit to Taiwan and a birthday trip. On the way back, she specially led the group in singing "Happy Birthday" to celebrate, which truly touched me. Driver Mr. Hong's professional driving was also excellent; I felt very safe sitting in the front seat throughout the journey. After the tour, we had the option to return to Taipei Main Station or be dropped off at Ningxia Night Market. The tour also included coupons for Ningxia Night Market, which could be used immediately for purchases that evening. This was definitely a fantastic and value-for-money local tour experience.

this trip was awesome! Jeffrey Wu, our guide was really helpful and organized it perfectly! it also helped that our group was always on time and we were able to fit all the items into the same day!! would recommend especially if you have kids or travelling solo. there is a lot of walking and climbing stairs so keep that in mind for the trip.

THE PERFECT TOUR IN TAIWAN! I'm a first-time solo traveler and booked this tour (Yehliu Geo Park, Shifen, and Juifen Night Tour) on a whim. I was nervous to take a tour on my own at first, but I quickly realized that this tour was the best option I could have chosen! Mr. Jeffrey Wu was a fantastic tour guide. Super sweet and great sense of humor! He kept everything organized and we did not have to worry about a thing, phew! This tour specifically was the perfect amount of sightseeing, eating, and souvenir-shopping, and also very convenient because you don't have to wake up too early, depending on how close you are to the pick-up spot. If you're wondering whether you should choose the day or night Juifen tour, choose the night tour! Yes it was crowded (as expected on a Saturday) l, but the food, shopping, and views with the red lanterns are so worth it. Highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers!
