Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen, Shifen, and Golden Waterfall Day Tour

This was our first time visiting Taiwan and also our first time using the Klook app to book a tour, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We truly enjoyed our tour from beginning to end, and a big part of that was our amazing tour guide, Joseph. He was very informative, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He shared so much interesting information about the places we visited and made the experience even more enjoyable. One thing I especially appreciated was how punctual and organized Joseph was. He always made sure we stayed on schedule without making us feel rushed. He managed the timing so well, allowing us to enjoy each stop while making sure we stayed on track throughout the day. We would definitely recommend this tour and Joseph as a tour guide, especially for first-time visitors to Taiwan. 🇹🇼❤️

A great tour with a lovely snapshot of northern taiwan. So many different landscapes captured in a single tour. Our guide (Susan) was so so lovely. She was very accommodating with dietary requirements and helped to communicate with the restaurant staff. The food suggestions were also amazing with local insights provided by Susan.

Tour was so informative, timely and fun. My friends recommended this tour and it was so worth it. Tour guide was also caring and making sure our itinerary fits well regarding to traffic conditions and tourist jams and making sure we know where the toilets are, checking every tourist is on time. All in all this tour is very well recommended.

I had an amazing experience on the Jiufen, Yehliu and Shifen day tour, thanks to our excellent guide, Jeffrey Wu. Jeffrey was friendly, professional and well organised. He explained the itinerary clearly, managed the schedule smoothly and made sure no one was left behind. He also shared helpful tips, recommended local snacks and guided us at every stop. Yehliu Geopark was breathtaking, Jiufen was beautiful, and Shifen was the highlight of the day. Releasing a sky lantern there was one of my favourite memories in Taiwan. The tour was enjoyable and well worth the money. Jeffrey Wu made the experience even more memorable, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan.

This was a great half day tour. The bus and the transfer was very pleasant. The guide full of energy and useful information. We have managed to cover a lot in half a day, which is perfect if you're on a shorter trip to Taiwan. The sights were beautiful.

We had a wonderful time with the Yehliu-Jiufen-Shifen tour! It started on time and most transfers were also on time. There was enough time for all activities. Our tour guide was Gina (Wang) and she was efficient, organized and very friendly. She was accommodating, and did the tour both in English and Chinese. She also had great suggestions during the tours!
