Excellent tour. Like everything in Japan, it’s very well organized. The place is beautiful. We were very lucky with weather and turtle sightings. The bento box lunch was very good. I highly recommend this tour and hope to do it again on a future Okinawa visit.
So happy to have made it back to the ship. . If you can’t swim, be adventurous. The employee said they couldn't give us a floating board and said it was absolutely safe if we wore snorkeling clothes. My kids said the staff held down the floats from start to finish and watched us float on the sea. In the middle of the trip, an employee came to us and told us not to stray too far from the boat if you don’t know how to swim. Because we really can't swim. Always drifting with the tide. It may drift further and further away. Finally he came to save us. While pulling, he told us to kick the water. Otherwise it will be difficult for him to pull. I'm sorry to cause them trouble. But because there are no floats or lifebuoys. My head was submerged in the water the whole time and I couldn't lift it up. It was also very tiring. .
Very good experience - the Kerama islands are beautiful and the waters are very clear. 3 different spots for snorkeling and can spend more than 30 mins snorkeling each time. Managed to see a few sea turtles!
Participated in a one-day snorkeling trip to Kerama. The boat has 2 floors, the lower floor is for the bottle diving group, and the upper floor is for the snorkeling group. There are two instructors in the group, a brother and a sister. They are very responsible and try their best. Although one person can guide 6-8 people, they will take care of those who are not familiar with water. , there is no problem if you put on a life jacket and it’s safe. Let’s go out to sea together. The boat ride takes about 1 hour or more, and the snorkeling is divided into 3 parts throughout the day, each time lasting 20-30 minutes. The time arrangement is very good👍. The staff are very friendly and the arrangements are good. Lunch includes fish, beef and pig lunch box. Kerama Sea World is super beautiful, I saw 2 sea turtles and very beautiful coral reefs🪸. 👍👍👍The itinerary was very pleasant, nothing challenging.
After comparing different snorkeling experience activities in Okinawa, we finally chose this one with the highest CP value and the most suitable activity for our itinerary. After the event, we were even more overjoyed and would definitely recommend it to everyone. 1. In the morning, you will be picked up by a private car from designated hotels in Naha City, so you don’t need to find a car to go to the pier (please go to the official website to see the map and list) 2. Same-day round trip (suitable for tourists with tight time) 3. The store’s exclusive yacht (no need to buy a ticket yourself) 4. Chinese, English and Japanese speaking instructors and tour guides (there happens to be a Taiwanese instructor) 5. All equipment is included (it’s OK to bring your own replacement clothes, if you are afraid of the cold, it is recommended to bring more jackets) 6. Photography service, don’t worry about not taking any photos at all (of course you want to take more photos yourself) You have to bring your own) 7. Lunch is provided on the boat at noon (no need to go to the island, no consumption) 8. Ice water/tea is provided, hot water and instant tea/coffee/miso soup are provided at lunch 9. There are 3 sections of floating Diving time (2 times in the morning/1 time after meal) 10. The instructor is friendly and enthusiastic, and the arrangements are careful. Bonus: We happened to meet a little turtle and swam slowly together for a while. (Be careful of being taken away if you are too happy) Although the coach said it is very common, but this is the only one in the whole day, so you may not encounter it. Also saw lionfish and lots of nudibranchs (all kinds of reef fish are of course everywhere). Going snorkeling at the coral reef myself felt so different from the previous experience in the aquarium. You don’t need to know much about swimming to enjoy snorkeling. (If you are not afraid of water, it is enough to be able to swim 20 meters.) Even my wife who was afraid of swimming in the sea has changed her mind and can enjoy it. I will try diving next time I have the chance, it will definitely be more interesting.
Great experience snorkeling. Guides were flexible to who wanted to go into the water. They even took pictures and uploaded the next day to share. Locations had so much sea life and coral!
My guide Nina was very patient and friendly. She showed us sea snakes, lots of fish. Let us touch some sea cucumbers and starfish. It was a fantastic snorkeling experience.
the pick up and drop off service was easy. team were really nice and speak english very well. we visited 3islands and saw turtles and sea snakes. lunch was provided with a Bento box and showers and towels. really enjoyed this expireance and recommend it.
It was a rainy day but it did not dampen our spirits. We went to 2 spots before lunch and 1 after lunch. Our snorkeling guides Juna and Nishi were friendly and approachable. If you are tired or do not feel confident, you can ask for a ride from the guides are holding onto the float as well. They have barf bags in case you feel seasick and hot showers as well. Wetsuits are provided and you can request for a life jacket if you do not feel confident in water. Our guides also took many photos and shared them with us the next day. Highly recommended!
It was my first time in Okinawa, and I couldn't miss the joy of diving. Although it was rainy, I still saw many corals and fish. I especially thanked our female coach, because my husband and I couldn't swim. The female coach was always patiently encouraging us, and she also took us to swim with the floating board. It was a very happy snorkeling! The staff were very friendly and I felt happy! The facilities on the boat were also very neat and clean.
