Naha Kerama Half Day Snorkeling (Pickup service included)

wonderful experience. they were really great about making sure everyone knew what was going on by speaking Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese. they were really organized and split us into groups so we would have a smooth experience for snorkel and banana boat ride. they were also really great about providing flippers and snorkel gear for each of us, and we were a group of 40. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent snorkeling! The staff members all speak fluent English, so communication was absolutely seamless. The location was also convenient and easy to find. The staff were friendly and polite, and they proactively checked on the participants' well-being. I tend to get seasick when out at sea, and although I'm used to it, they still noticed my condition and expressed their concern multiple times. This made me feel very welcome and reassured, as it was clear they were paying attention to every participant's situation. All the necessary snorkeling equipment was provided, including wetsuits and water, and the equipment was kept clean. Both the waiting area and the boat were tidy. Furthermore, the activity duration was just right—not too long, allowing for a full enjoyment of the snorkeling experience without being overly strenuous. The next time I visit Okinawa, I will definitely participate in their experience again!

I found it to be a beautiful experience and a must-do activity if you’re in Okinawa. The time spent in the ocean is more than enough for beginners or intermediate participants. Something that really surprised me — and I’m not sure if it’s new or something they always do — is that they take some photos in the water. I was lucky enough to be near the photographer while he was feeding the fish. I hope they keep offering photos, as it’s a great extra to the experience; you don’t always get the best shots, and it’s wonderful to have such a nice memory.

Due to poor sea conditions, we were rerouted to the Blue Cave. We were unable to swim into the cave during low tide, but the marine ecosystem here is incredibly rich with varied terrain. We had a wonderful time snorkeling here. In particular, our instructor was handsome, thoughtful and trustworthy. My seven-year-old daughter became willing to challenge her fear of snorkeling thanks to him.

The guides are attentive, the snorkeling spot is very beautiful, and they provided us with a prescription dive mask, which is great for people who wear glasses. They had several sizes available.

I had an amazing half-day snorkeling trip to the Kerama Islands from Naha. Even though I didn’t get to see any sea turtles, that really comes down to luck, and the experience was absolutely worth it. I saw a huge variety of colorful fish and had a great time exploring the beautiful underwater scenery. The equipment was provided for everyone, and everything was organized professionally and efficiently. The staff were punctual, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Gaurav. Don’t hesitate to trust his guidance or ask questions. He was excellent at interacting with international guests in English, making me feel welcome and entertained throughout the trip. I enjoyed the experience so much that I booked a full-day tour with the same company for the very next day to discover even more. That alone speaks for the quality of the service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naha!

Experience: This snorkeling activity is "not suitable for beginners." On the boat, no one will teach you how to use the diving equipment. After it's distributed, you put it on yourself and get into the water. There's no instruction on how to breathe, nor is there any check to see if your mask leaks. Although free photo service was advertised, I didn't encounter any photographers at sea, so I didn't receive any photos. Instructor: The ratio was roughly 1:10. After entering the water, the instructor made no effort to look after the group members. They wouldn't notice where you swam, making them a rather dispensable presence. Location: We stopped in the middle of the sea, where the water was deep and the waves were strong. The coral at the bottom was too far away to see clearly, and the fish were small and very few in number.

Our originally planned afternoon tour was canceled due to typhoon but they sent a notice ahead of time and we were able to book a same day morning tour. Bus came to a pickup place on time. After 2-30min boat ride we arrrived to the snorkeling spot and it was Beautiful place! there were lots of participants but also alot of fishes. I recommend to anyone visiting naha to experience this. especially when we didn’t have a rental car or much time. It was a great decision to take this tour!

I had a lot of fun during this snorkeling tour! Sadly, the riff wasnt as colorful as I imagined, but we saw a lot of fish :) The staff was very competent and friendly😊 I felt safe during the whole trip!

The tour was well organized and instructions were clear at every moment of the tour, for all participant speaking any language. Staff was very cooperative. Although I did not know swimming but the staff helped as much as they could.
