• The return arrival time will depend on the day's traffic and road conditions. In the event of traffic jams or other force majeure factors, arrival may be delayed. If factors such as accidents, traffic congestion, or weather cause significant and severe delays in the bus reaching its destination, please be sure to assess your travel arrangements before and after departure on your own before booking. We are unable to provide compensation for any losses incurred regarding your self-arranged connecting transportation or other facilities due to bus delays.

If the tour is canceled, the full tour fee will be refunded.

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
