• Due to road conditions, bus arrivals may be delayed. Please note that no guarantees are provided when transportation facilities cease operations. In such cases, the cost of canceling the trip on the same day will not be refunded, and we ask for your understanding.
• Please understand that due to irresistible factors such as traffic and weather, there may be delays, leading to the cancellation of some itinerary attractions or affecting the time available to visit each attraction.
• If a national holiday or special circumstances at a scenic spot lead to temporary closure or restricted visiting hours, some attractions may be adjusted or the itinerary may end early. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Infants aged 0-2 years who do not occupy a separate seat are free. If a seat is required, the fare must be paid.
• If you are participating during your trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo, please avoid participating on the last day of your trip. (No compensation will be provided in case of bus delays.)
• Each passenger may check one suitcase (maximum 30kg) in the bus's luggage compartment. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage must not exceed 155cm. Please do not store valuable luggage in the bus's luggage compartment. The company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage stored in the bus's luggage compartment.
