How to use Tokai Bus E-ticket
- On your travel date, follow these steps to activate your Tokai Bus E-ticket:
① Log into the Klook account ② Go to ‘All Booking’ and tap the ‘package name’ ③ Tap ‘See voucher’ ④ Present the E-ticket to bus driver or station staff when boarding

- Make sure you have an internet connection; taking screenshots to board the train and bus is not allowed
- Fares for other companies' trains/buses are not included. If you use other companies, please pay separately for ordinary passenger fares

the 2 days bus ticket is a must to purchase for tour around Ito places of interest. worth taking as a one way trip from mount omuro to Ito station already cost 1000 yen. we took multiple rides from one area to another. need to take note of the bus schedule and timing because the duration of bus to next one is around 1 hr. if you miss it. have to wait for next one.
Atami is perfect for a slow trip, come for a 2-day, 1-night trip to explore the mountains and the sea.
Getting the Tokai bus digital ticket was one of the best decisions I made after getting to Izu. Not only did it save me a lot of money, but it was easier than dealing with cash, an IC card that wasn't accepted in some places, or a paper ticket. Tokai buses were in all the cities I visited close to Izu, so definitely worth getting.
A very cost-effective bus pass, suitable for longer routes and multiple round trips. Roughly calculated, I saved around 4000 yen.

If you're not visiting many attractions, it's not very cost-effective, because the Izu-Hakone bus frequency is higher, and waiting specifically for the Tokai bus isn't ideal time-wise. So, you must carefully check which routes you'll be taking. On the day I used it, Tokai buses were experiencing widespread delays, ranging from 20 minutes to 40 minutes (the normal interval for the next bus is 45 minutes), which really frustrated me. There's a slight inconvenience in its use: you can't take screenshots, and there's no quick entry point. Every time I was about to get off the bus, I'd be frantically clicking through pages to open it, and when the network was bad, it would take a long time to load.
Enjoy unlimited shuttle bus rides for one day, without needing to exchange for a physical ticket. The e-ticket on your phone works on the same day, just show it to the driver when boarding and alighting for seamless travel. The price of $7x is truly a great deal.
